Internal Control&SGA Accountant招聘 - 无锡超科食品有限公司

1. Advise business on internal controls related matters and to maintain and monitor the compliance to company’s control framework
2. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of the local internal control framework by having a thorough understanding of the local business processes and a continuous challenge of the standard control framework in relation to the specific local risks
3. Perform quarterly control reviews and testing for the assigned operating business units company
4. Coordinate the remediation of control deficiencies
5. Ensure control framework in reporting tool (i.e. GRC) is updated
6. Monitor and follow up with process owners and key control performers on the action plans arising from the quarterly control testing and from internal and external audits
7. Report and present on the results of the quarterly control testing and control findings to all relevant stakeholders (eg. Management team, process owners, Global Internal Control team)
8. Assist in facilitating internal and external audit requests
9. Participate and support business projects as requested by Management team
10. Develop and maintain local policies and procedures for different processes

11. Review & Analyze SGA expenses including highlighting to management on any significant overspending


Requirements:Education: iversity degree in Finance & AccountingExperience: 3 years of experience in a similar role. Analytical skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Good command of English to liaise and communicate with head officeTeam player and keen learner
