1. Leads the implementation of Safety Health and Environment -SHE requirements, legislation, regulations and corporate standards & policies.
2. Execute/is policing local safety policy and procedures based on legal regulations and corporate standards
3.Validation and approval with the project Engineer the method of statement & risk assessment per each works perform during the project before starting the execution
4. Organize a safety training per each contractor before start to work on site
5. Organize an admission test to check the understanding of the site rule
6. Personal Monitoring the construction site for at least 80 % of the working time
7. Guarantees effective safety organization of the contractors, emergency response and first aid activities
8.Coordinate and Organize permit to work, BOS (internal and external), during project Execution & coordinates the preparation of H&S plan for project Work
9. Lead the morning safety coordination meeting
10. Responsible for the construction site safety, approving permit to work (PTW)
11. Tracking and reporting safety KPIs related to project/construction site
12. Takes action, on behalf of JDE to stop and bar contractors that are examining unsafe behaviour from working onsite for all Capital Projects on site as required
