KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The HR Specialist will take charge of talent acquisition and associate processes to ensure a talent pipeline is aligned with company intention, purpose and strategies. 

RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACTIVITIES

- Develop, implement and maintain employment and recruiting programs.

- Lead full recruiting cycle including assessing candidate applications, interviewing, offer management, reference checking, implementing onboarding process.

- Recruits permanent, graduate, and temporary associates in the local organizations, in accordance with HR central guidelines and (depending on local org.) the recruitment team. 

- Prepare reports on relevant recruitment metrics to assess talent acquisition capability, identify trends.

- Coordinate, improve and implement the specific HR processes in the business segment within the scope of the organizational culture and structure. 

- Resposible for HR communication program to implement relevant acticties. 

- Support on other HR projects assigned by manager.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

Education: Bachelor Degree 

Experience

Must have: 

- Above 2 years relevant work experience

- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.

- Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiency.

- Self-motivated and sensitive to details.

- Good knowledge of English. 

- Good team player.

Nice to have: 

- FMCG experience; 

- Experience in an international environment.
